Appointment and Cancellation Policy
Please review our scheduling policies before booking your consultation or appointment. We respect your time and appreciate your respect for ours.
Booking Your Appointment
After you book your consultation, you will receive a link to pay your consultation fee. Your appointment is confirmed once your consultation fee is paid. The fee secures your time on our calendar and is non-refundable and credited toward your service fee if you engage our services.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment one time with at least 24 hours' notice using the reschedule link in your confirmation email.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend your scheduled appointment ("no-show"), will result in forfeiture of your fee.
If you need to reschedule more than once, a new consultation fee will be required.
Late Arrivals
Please log in for virtual appointments on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the standard cancellation policy will apply.
Our Cancellations
In the rare event we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you priority rescheduling at no additional charge.

By booking and paying for an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
