Use of Services
KC Financial Services provides tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, state business services, and tax resolution support. Kim Claxton is not an attorney, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Enrolled Agent (EA). We do not have unlimited representation rights before the IRS. For matters requiring formal representation, we can refer you to qualified professionals.

Consultations and Appointments
Consultation fees are $300 for a Tax Resolution Consultation and $125 for all other accounting services, non-refundable, and credited toward your service fee if you engage our services. Booking, cancellation, and rescheduling terms are described in our Appointment and Cancellation Policy.
